Each volume is packed with in-depth video lessons where Al breaks everything down and talks you through the concepts. And it’s all backed up by a range of exercises. These have been specifically created to help drill the techniques and lay all the fundamentals you need to start building on your legato skills and taking things up quite a few notches.

Every level in the series features 10 extended phrases, played fast and slow. These utilise some of the techniques in a melodic context so you can begin to implement the ideas into your own solos. 

Al finishes off each tier with a solo designed to bring everything together. These ‘real world’ examples will require you to learn and utilise everything Al has taught you in each volume. The consistent framework of the solos features added ‘spice’ for each level, allowing you to gauge your progress and build through the levels in a way that suits you.
