20 Melodic Rock Ballad Licks Vol.2

This package is the long awaited and perfect follow up to Vinai Trinateepakdee's best-selling Melodic Rock Ballad series! In this pack you'll find all the tools and ingredients to create interesting, expressive and inspiring melody lines that will captivate your listeners and add a whole new level of depth to your guitar playing!

Containing plenty of slow and fast paced licks, this pack has something for everybody. That being said, even Vinai's faster phrases exude melodic depth and maturity - there are no rules stating that melodic has to mean slow!

The licks in this pack have a very creative and laid back feel to them. Vinai takes inspiration from his surroundings such as the backing rhythms and harmony, to inform and enrich his solo lines. By using techniques such as melodic development, tension and release and motif building, Vinai gives his licks and solos a real sense of structure and flow - something you can learn by mastering these licks and studying the included slow videos/TAB!

This very jammable Rock Ballad backing track is split into two parts (A and B sections) as well as combined for the full track. You will find that licks 1 - 10 fit with part A and licks 11 - 20 fit part B. This gives you two slightly different contexts (and set of chords) to jam over, making it twice as useful to you!

As ever, we have included everything you need to practise and perfect the material in this package. There are video and audio tracks for you to watch/listen and study, accurately transcribed TAB/notation for you to analyse and master as well as backing tracks for you to practise every lick to, and jam out your own solos! We've even included some text notes to help you really get these parts down!
